HR1 Application

I submitted an HR1 application for 'Home rights' on Tuesday, due to separating with my wife and not being on the current mortgage and deeds of a home that was purchased together 6 years ago

I hadn't taken any legal advice and feel I should cancel it and speak to professionals first

If I fill in the HR4 form will this cancel it and be straight forward?

Stuart - if you've only just lodged it and want to cancel/withdraw your application then use our contact form to request that. No point doing an HR4 application if your HR1 is no longer needed
