Can transferors sign separate TR1 forms

I am dealing with the sale of a property held by a family trust. Three trustees are named as proprietors in the title register. All three live a considerable distance from each other. To avoid the need to circulate a TR1 around the country with the risk of it going astray after signature by one or two trustees and then having to start again can I use a separate TR1 for each trustee's signature. The TR1s will of course be identical in every way, with all three named as transferor in each, other than having only one signature in the execution panel. The same date will be inserted on all three after signature.
