Remove a charge (CH1) from deeds

HI,

I'm raising the funds to buy out my ex per the charge on the house.  How do we remove the charge once that's done please?
 

Hi Angela - if it's a registered legal charge (CH1) then you'll need forms DS1, DS2 and ID1/ID3 as appropriate. Suggest your ex completes the forms and submits the application as that way only your ex has to verify identity.
