Completing Forms AP1

Hi,
Apologies if this is a long post. I am one of 2 Executors to a Will. Grant of Probate has been approved,  the property of the deceased was solely owned and is to be passed on to a sole beneficiary. I have some queries about completing forms AP1.

AP1 Panel 6, "The Applicant"... is this the beneficiary ?
AP1 Panel 7, "This application is sent to Land Registry by"... is this the executor/representative ?
AP1 Panel 9 "Address for service"... is this the address of the Executor/Representative ?
AP1 Panel 14, Do both the "Transferor" (Executor) and the "Transferee" (Beneficiary) enter their details ?
AP1 Panel 15, "Signature of Applicant"... is this the signature of the Executor/Representative ?

Hi Barry - panel 6 - applicant as in the new name to appear on the register
Panel 7 - complete with the details for whoever is posting the application to us and who will deal with any requests for more for example
Panel 9 - address(es) for the applicant/new owner
Panel 14 - yes
Panel 15 - signature of person submitting the application
