I need to fill in form AP1 to assent ownership of two properties.
It seems fairly straightforward (famous last words), however I’m confused about panel 11; Disclosable overriding interests. Just to give a little background:
Property 1. A parcel of land was sold to a developer while retaining a right of way for access to the main road. This was 20 years ago and was registered with HMLR. There have been no other changes since.
Property 2. Is let on an Assured Shorthold Tenancy.
Do I need to disclose any details of the above?

One other question: Do I need separate ID forms for each property, or can I put both AP1 (and AS1) forms in one envelope with one ID form?

Thank you for any assistance.

Matthew - No. It's easy to over think such things but OI are a rarity and if a right is registered then it can't be an OI. And an AST wouldn't be one either as it's too short to be registered or noted
You can rely on the same ID forms/verification for both applications - just make sure you submit everything together and cross refer to the titles/ID forms on each AP1

Thanks Adam. You’re right about overthinking. I tried to research overriding interests myself, and got really bogged down. I even started reading the legislation.

Your help is much appreciated.
