Hi,
I have got a surveyor to draw the plan for the sale of a small parcel of my neighbours land. He has given me two plans,
- The title plan for the new split parcel of land
- The redefined plan of the existing title of which (1) came from
Do i include both 1 and 2 in the TP1 application? or do i only include the new split title plan (1)?
