I am submitting an SEV Form A to transfer from joint tenants to tenants in common. It is a unilateral application, in that the other party is not co-signing the notice. I just wanted to make sure I have everything in place. I have:

- SEV form, signed by one party.
- a certified copy of the notice of severance, which was left at the current property of the second party.
- a letter from the applying party certifying that the notice of severance was left at the property

Have I forgotten anything?

Also, do either of the parties receive written confirmation from HM Land Registry when the application has been entered successfully, if not, how would they know when it is done?

David - it reads as if you have sufficient paperwork to make such an application - Joint property ownership: Change from joint tenants to tenants in common - GOV.UK
Receipt of the application will be acknowledged and confirmation of registration issued to the applicant. A notification would also be issued to the other joint owner.
