UT2 and AP1

My house and garden comprise 4 separate titles. 3 are title absolute and one is possessory. I want to upgrade the possessory title to title absolute (submitting a statutory declaration that possessory title has now been registered for more than 12 years) and once that is done, to apply to amalgamate all 4 titles together, since they will then all be the same, to create a single registered title. Can I seek to save time and submit both applications (Form UT1 and AP1) together, or must I only submit Form UT1 and then await the result of that application before submitting Form AP1? The latter approach could take much longer. TIA
