Hi,

I registered with HM Land Registry in 2019 and purchased the Title Deed information on my property which I now need access to again. Has the log in procedure changed since then?
I created a user name and password at the time, but now the log in requires an email address and does not accept the credentials that I used. I vaguely remember using the eservices portal to create my account, however that suggests that only business accounts can use it.

The link in the email I recieved when registering is for http://eservices.landregistry.gov.uk/eservice/PropertySearchUser/AccountActivationServlet?requestid= with a random string of characters at the end. This now just redirects to https://www.gov.uk/search-property-information-land-registry page without a log in option. If I try and reset my credentials on the eservices portal it says my account has been deleted.

Is there a way for me to access the documents I have purchased previously?

Kind regards,

Scott

Hi Scott - you will have only been able to use our search for land and property information and if you have not used it since 2019 then your account will have been deleted.
You can use the service again and with the same email address but you will have to create a new login and password when prompted.
You are advised to save the download at the time as it is deleted after a number of days and won;t be available thereafter.

Hi Adam,

I noticed that my account has been deleted when I tried to log in to the portal with my account details yesterday, but I was able to do so last year in November.

What should I do?

Kind regards
