Split my Title Deeds

Hi im currently Thinking of Divorce and was Wondering if I can Split my Garden and Create a Seperate Title for the Land.The House and Title is in my Name Only, so if My Wife Gives me Half of House Money,can I Transfer House and Half the Garden to her Name,and Put my Name on Land.
