Form ID1 Land Rogistry

Can I transfer four seperate properties to four different persons using one ID1 form

John - yes provided all the applications are submitted together with a covering note linking them all to the one ID1 verification 

I am a transferor and neither I nor the transferee are represented. I will therefore need an ID1 form.
On a separate transaction, I am also a transferor but the transferee is represented, potentially by the firm that we were planning to certify the first set of ID1 forms. 
Can I use the same ID1 form for both transactions provided the applications are submitted together with a covering note, as set out in the answer to the previous question? Or do I need a separate form and a separate solicitor (and double the expense!)?
