AS1 or TR1?

Hi There,

My parents were tenants in common on a property. 

My mother has passed on and willed her half of the property, in trust, to me. I am the executor of her will and have grant of probate. My father still resides at the property and we will wish to continue with tenants in common for him and myself.

I was previously advised to use TR1 and AP1 - but I've been confused by AS1. Which form should I be using?

Hi David - form TR1 as the Transfer is of the WHOLE title/property from your Father to himself plus you.
Form AS1 is used by an executor to transfer the whole of a title/property to a beneficiary. That is not what is happening here
