AP1, TR1 and ID1 Forms

We own two properties which are mortgage free.  They are both in my wifes name and we wish to transfer them into both of our names.  I would like to confirm that the action I plan to take is correct please. 

Details of both properties are entered on one AP1 form.  Details of both properties are entered on one TR1 form, Title number plus first line of address and post code for each property (limited space).  One ID1 form each with the address of one of the properties included, plus a covering letter tying the ID1 forms to both properties.  All documents sent together.

On a separate point, are Land Registry offices still closed to the public for ID1 verification.  Thank you.
