ID1 Form and HM Land Registry to verify identity

1. Are the Land Registry departments now open to the public;
2. can I have my ID1 form(s) verified by a Land Registry official; and
3. if I can have the ID1 form verified by a Land Registry official, is there a charge and if so, what is it?
