I have recently succeeded in getting my mother's bankruptcy annulled due to a lack of capacity and, in the Court Order annulling the bankruptcy, the Judge ordered that my costs in taking this action be taken from my mother's estate. Her sole asset is a large house and I want to know how I can register this as a charge against the property to be repaid on her death and subsequent sale of the house.

John - it's legal advice you need here as to how the charge has bene created and how it can be protected on the land register as a result
Notices, restrictions and protection of third-party interests (PG19) - GOV.UK offers registration guidance but you need to confirm the legal options/requirements first.
Land registration is complex, designed to protect legal and financial interests in property. There can be significant consequences for any error. Please consider seeking legal representation.
