To anyone that may be able to help me.
I am a full time carer for both parents and live with them, they have asked me to add my name to everything, (ie bills, etc) including the house deeds. I have contacted HM Land Registry on facebook before and been told it is a transfer from my mum and dad to me and my mum and dad (as in A and B transfer to A, B and C) and i should be able to do it myself. I am finding it difficult to understand how to fill in the AP1 form even with the guidance info as i can't make sense of it i'm afraid. Due to costs i have to do this myself as cannot afford solicitors.
Any help to filling the form in and confirming identity info i have to send would be great please.
I already have applied for and obtained the paperwork for power of attorney in place through GOV website it just isn't activated yet but ready for when i have to.
Many thanks for any help
Tracy
