Title deed for land belonging to us still in name of previous owner

We have just paid off mortgage on our property which we purchased 15 years ago.  Our purchase included 2 title deeds. Went on line last week to get copies. The one covering our house and garden is correctly in our name but the small piece of land at bottom of garden is STILL in the name of the previous owner. What is the process for updating it to us.

Unfortunately the second title was never transferred and the only application/transfer submitted was for the first title in 2009.<br> I'm afraid you'll need to trace the seller/still registered owner to <a href="https://www.gov.uk/registering-land-or-property-with-land-registry/transfer-ownership-of-your-property">transfer the second titl</a>e to you now and submit an application to update that register&#160;
