I am seeking, as a law non-professional, a non-conveyancer and also a current joint trustee, to ascertain the correct manner in which to change the existing registry proprietorship to record the appointment of a new and replacement trustee in the stead of a retiring trustee. The retiree was one of three original trustees on whom a half share of the property was settled back in 2014 through a deed of variation will trust.
The register currently records the joint ownership (in two equal halves) as tenants in common of the object property: one half in the name of a single person (the life tenant) and second half held on trust by the trustees of an express will trust settled on death by the original joint half owner.
A deed of appopintment of replacement trustee has been executed to effect the retirement of one trustee and appoint a replacement in his stead.
Can I ask for your help please to set out which forms I should complete and submit to the land registry to properly make this registerr change? With this imformation, I feel confident that I can then follow the layman support instructional videos for the pertinent form.
Thank you in advance of you help with this request. Spug
