Mortgage Deed - title number for first registration

I am doing a voluntary lease surrender and re-grant new lease with longer term with a simultaneous re-mortgage. Will the land registry accept the mortgage deed being submitted without a title number as naturally I won't know this as the time of lodgement. Alternatively I can write the old title number and new one as being TBC by Land Registry?

 

Amit - if it's lodged at the same time and the form AP1 makes it clear in panel 4 the order of registration then it can be registered
The charge 'charges the property' as defined in the deed itself. That fulfils the registration need
