Help completing an AP1 form

I am in the process of transferring some land, valued at £50k,&#160; as a gift, without a conveyancer. Apart from the TR1 and ID3 forms I also need to complete the AP1 where I have questions<br> a) Panel 4. Is the fee I need to pay £45?<br> b) Panel 5 refers to documents to send, are these the TR1 and ID3s or do I also list the passport image for the ID3 or&#160; what?<br> c) Panel 14 asks about identity documents, again is this the ID3 and copy of passports or?<br> Thanks

Ed - you always need a form AP1 as that's the application form<br> a) Correct re fee<br> b) TR1 and ID3 only<br> c) Panel 14 should be completed to refer to the names and No re legally represented. ID3s then deal with the identity verification aspect
