AP1 form

I am making an application to transfer my partners property to myself after his death. I am the executor of his estate and the sole beneficiary. I am not using a conveyancer to do this and I am completing forms AS1 AP1 and ID3. However I have a couple of questions.

 Question 9?   asks for The address(es) for service for each proprietor of the registered estate to be registered in the estate is -
Which box do I tick or do I leave this question blank?

Question 10 - Name and address for service of the proprietor of any new charge to be entered in the register

Maureen - panel 9 should be completed according to which contact address(es) you want added to the register alongside your own name. You have to decide which option to choose and/or details to provide
Panel 10 is for any 'new lender' - you haven't mentioned mortgaging the property so I assume this can be left blank
