Trustee execution clause

<span style="font-size:11pt;"><span style="font-family:Calibri,sans-serif;">Please advise on the wording of the execution clause for two trustees signing a lease as trustees under a private trust. Would this be the same execution clause for an individual? We cannot find any specific wording on this in the Land Registry guidance.</span></span>
