I have deeds showing that I own freehold stints on a marsh that was registered as common land but the marsh is recognised as being owned by all the stint owners vested in the Public Trustee. As some stints are not on the common register ,can those that are not be registered with the Land Registry so allowing their existence to be recognised and continue to  keep the full complement of graziers on the marsh to  the level that it was originally intended for? Any advice would be appreciated.

David - 'freehold stints' and 'common register' are not something we directly deal with and I would recommend seeking legal advice to confirm the legal position
Whilst our PG 16 maybe relevant much will depend on that legal advice as to what the legal position is and whether anything is registerable on the land register itself - Practice guide 16: profits a prendre - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
