Transfer of Property -what forms

Dear Sir

I would appreciate your guidance on the necessary forms we need to complete for transferring the property mentioned above. 

Both owners of the property have passed away; the husband died in November 2022, leaving the property to his wife in his Will. No probate was obtained for the husband. The wife then passed away in May 2024, bequeathing the house to their only son.

We are looking to initiate the transfer of the property to their son. Could you please advise us on the required forms and procedures
