Declarations of trust

I am trying to locate whether or not there is any express declaration in relation to the beneficial interest of a property. I have the office copies and I know about form A restrictions. How can I obtain a copy of the TR1 and/or see if there are any other docs held by the Land Registry? They did not come up as available for download.
