Obtaining lease deeds as an invididual

Is it possible to obtain the deeds of another flat (i.e. showing the internal layout of the flat) as an individual?

I'm planning some works in my flat and I'd like to check if there is precedent for similar works in other flats in the same building.

On the LR website I can see only title registers, which define only the boundaries of the premise / purchase price.
But I seem to recall that during conveyancing my solicitor was able to get the lease plan from other flats.
