Further update to title whilst previous title change still being processed

T824NNT (Aug 2024) TR1 was to remove A from title and transfer to B.
Quite simple and we did it ourselves.
This is still pending and (from looking at your timescales) is likely to take many months yet - which is not an issue.
However, If I now want to add C to the title, do I use B as the transferor and transferee (i.e. assume that the August 2024 amendment will have gone through before this latest addition is made - i.e. ignore A as although they are still shown on the register, B is the legal owner)?
Should I also refer to T824NNT in my application?

N W - yes any new Transfer would be by B and if adding C then the Transfer is by B to B & C
No need to cross-refer as the application will stand on it's own.
