Update Land Registry for multiple properties on death or joint owner

Hello. My father recently passed away and Probate has subsequently been granted. My late father and mother were joint owners of multiple BTL properties and we need to update Land Registry documents. I am aware that form DJP needs to be completed for each property however would we be able to submit just one certified Death Certificate with the forms or would we need one certificate per DJP? Thanks in advance. 

Hello Kris - if the various titles are all in joint ownership then one form DJP referring to them all plus the supporting evidence would be sufficient
