Name of deeds when paid mortgade

Hi there 
I'm just wondering how would I get my husbands name of the deeds of the house when I have paid the mortgage up. As his name is on the mortgage also. 
He left soon after we got the mortgage and asnt paid a penny towards the house and doesn't want out from the house and his willing to take his name off it also. I just dont no how to go about it

However as it is mortgaged you are very unlikely to be able to do this yourselves. Your lender will most likely need to consent and as part of the process they may also insist that you use a conveyancer
