Removal of Charge

Parents had lent money for the purchase of the above property and they filed a charge using form CH1

The loan has been now been repaid and the parents want to remove the charge. What forms do we have to complete and can we file this forms using e-business online account

Umesh - we need forms DS1/DS2 or DS1 plus AP1. And yes you can submit them through e-services
