Restriction details

Hi
I know from the title document that a restriction exists.
How do I find out the details for example see the application form by which the restriction was registered? 

Hi Angela - you can apply by post for a copy of the application form.
If you are unsure as to how it was applied for/added then happy to take a look and offer a steer re what to apply for? You'd need to share the title number though.

I know who applied for it.
I just need further information to enable me to comply.
The title is CE59114

Angela - the restriction states what's needed to comply so you need the named restrictioner's written consent plus a form RX4 to then withdraw the application if his interest no longer exists/applies for example

If I needed to see the application what do I do?

Angela - you can apply by post for a copy of the form RX1 or AP1 submitted and each were dated 8th Feb 2004. They both did the same thing so if you just need to confirm which conveyancer applied and their contact details then the AP1 would be sufficient
