I am currently the sole registered owner (Title absolute) on our property, no mortgage outstanding
I want to;
A update this to my married name
B add my husband on to the title
We have been married years but never got around to it.
I can see that I could just update my name using form AP1 for no cost.
Can I also add my husband on the title on the same form at the same time?
If so, how, what cost?
If not, how do I go about this
thanks

Sharon - you can combine the two changes into one application and using the one form AP1
See
Registering land or property with HM Land Registry: Change the registered owner name - GOV.UK (www.gov.uk)
re the forms required and fee to be paid
Submit a certified copy of your marriage certificate with your application to confirm the change of name also
