Hi,
I am in the process of applying for First Registration with the Land Registry and move to Tenants in Common at the same time.  We bought our house in 1980 and it was not registered with the Land Registry. 
In order to complete form FR1 do I need to provide my solicitor the original price of the house or it's current value as provided by an estate agent?

Hi Graham - you'll need a current valuation as mentioned
