Tenants in common death of spouse

If one partner dies and in the will the property interest is left to the surviving spouse what is required for the land registers. The property was held in tenant’s in common. Probate has been granted.

Gregory - the usual next step is to apply to update the register re the death using a form DJP.
And if there's a form A restriction on the register, to protect the TIC aspect, then an application to cancel it using form ST5 and RX3 can be submitted also
