My sister passed away in December but did not leave a will. She owned a property outright which will be sold. I have been through the probate process and now have the grant of representation.  Her estate will pass to me and my other sister. The probate service sent me land registry forms but I'm confused as to whether I'm supposed to transfer  the property into my name or leave it in her name until it is sold .

Sue - a buyer can normally rely on the current register and the grant as sufficient evidence of both the death and your legal right to then sell the property. You don't usually have to update the register beforehand
