Hello, 

We act for a client who is purchasing a mortgagee in possession property, the other side solicitors act for the bank. There is a notice of home rights subject to the property. Please confirm how we can remove this notice on registration or if the TR2 provided by the other side solicitors is sufficient to remove the notice.
