My husband's 93 year old aunt has just had to go into a care home. She is very frail and won't be able to return home. The county council wants to set up a deferred payment plan and my husband is applying for a Deputyship that can take months. When I checked land registry, the house was never registered. We need it to be for the deferred payment plan. We have the deeds.
Is it possible to register a property with a solicitor/conveyancer and if yes, how does one do this.
Many thanks in advance
