Land Registry Title Deed Enquiry

Hi there,

I am in the process of selling a property and the last outstanding query is in regards to a deed noted on the land registry title deeds to be raised with the land registry.

I wanted to ask for the progressing of dealing with the query.

The property details that the query relates to is:
Title Number: SGL472979
Postcode: CR8 4DZ
I also raised a enquiry and the number for that is 231011-2550530

I also note you rang as well re the same title number but I can't find a record of a 'last outstanding enquiry' so can you clarify who has raised the enquiry and what it was about perhaps?
