Title number on DJP form

Is the property title number vital on the DJP form?&#160;<br> <br> My mother has passed away, but my parent's house appears to not have a title number - it comes up as &quot;No information held for&quot; when performing &quot;Search for land and property information&quot;.&#160; It was purchased by my parents as a new build in 1962 and a title number does not appear on the deeds.<br> <br> If it is vital, how do we apply to obtain a title number for this property?&#160;

Tim - it is as form DJP is used to update registered land/property.
