Mortgage Deed - title number for first registration

I am doing a voluntary lease surrender and re-grant new lease with longer term with a simultaneous re-mortgage. Will the land registry accept the mortgage deed being submitted without a title number as naturally I won't know this as the time of lodgement. Alternatively I can write the old title number and new one as being TBC by Land Registry?<br> <br> &#160;
