How to change door number?

My Property number is 13, xx street
How to change number to any other number officially?

Sunil - Street names and house numbering are agreed by the relevant local authority and Royal Mail.   You need to contact your local authority to initiate the process. 

Once the re-numbering has been agreed and you have notification from the local authority then you can write to our Citizen Centre and enclose a copy of the correspondence from the local authority to amend the Title Register.
