Removing charge

Building plot made from garden of ST297527 and bought by developer in April 24.  We are being told by the sellers solicitor that there is a delay in our purchase due to a charge from Barclays not being removed/updated when the land was separated from the original dwelling.  Can you see if this has been expedited and if there are any other delays as the original title may not have been registered yet? We have sold our property and are in temporary accommodation as we were not advised that this could cause a delay

The application has been expedited and we are awaiting evidence that the charge in favour of Barclays has been discharched in relation to the land in your application.  Once a full reply to our request for information has been recieved we will be able to progress your application.
