What's the best way to identify multiple owners of multiple parcels in an area?

Hi,

I need ownership information for multiple, small parcels of land in a specific area approximately 150m in diameter.  Some of these relate to residential addresses but most relate to adjacent land that may not be easily identifiable other than being able to locate on an OS map.  I know there will be more than a dozen owners and more than twenty titles and I don't want to spend money unneccessarily.

How can I be sure I only pay for the title deeds on the parcels I'm interested in and not just everything within a circled area?

Can I request a map with title numbers on for an area and then use those numbers to request title deeds?  What is the most efficient way to proceed?

Hi Wayne - you should submit a postal application to search the index map (form SIM). That way you define the area to be searched and we then complete the search for you.
