Discharge of Charge

Hi Land Registry Team,

Please could you tell me if there is a pending application with you to discharge a C1 Charge on an unregistered property, and if there is, whether the application has been expedited?

Address: 21 Westby Way, Poulton-le-Fylde, FY6 8AD
Charge Original Reg / Document Number: 161749
Original Registration Date: 26th September 1969

Nathaniel - charges against unregistered properties are known as Land Charges.
