I share same address with neighbour as we used to be one estate!

Hi. We recently bought a property that used to be part of a bigger estate. The chap who bought the estate changed the boundaries, separated the house from the retail.park and sold the house to us.  However, the address hasn't been changed as part of this exercise, so we (us, the house and he the retail park) are both 111 Frogge St.  As a result, all our post is going next door, to the retail park, and thus getting lost.  This is extremely annoying.  What can we do about this please?  Thank you 🙏🏼
