Charges Register

There is a charge on my property that was satisfied years ago by my mum when she decided to go with equity release on her property. However, the entry has not been removed from my property which I want to sell urgently. How can I sort that out?

I have other entries too is this going to be a big problem for me? Please help!

Amina - if it's a registered legal charge (2 entries) then you need the lender to discharge the charge using a form DS1
