Hi Hilmi - generally yes. The lease might be a short one (less than 7 years) for example
What's the freehold title number or postal address and I can doublecheck for you?

Hilmi - many thanks. No leasehold registered although I note that there was one back in 2006 for 15 years but that was then closed (determined) in 2010. I suspect therefore that if there is a current tenant then it's on a short let as mentioned

Hi Hilmi - plenty of leaseholds against that title - Search for land and property information - GOV.UK

Hi adam but when I check i dont see any lease holder
Posted Mon, 03 Feb 2025 08:13:34 GMT by Adam Hookway
Hilmi - you would need to download the register for that title number to see the listed leaseholds
If you are trying to identify a specific leasehold and are unable to find it listed online I would suggest contacting the landlord direct or any existing tenant to enquire

Only freehold title available on this title

Hilmi - the title number will only reveal one set of details for it. You need to actually view the register to then see what leaseholds are noted against it

Hilmi - the title you have now quoted is a freehold title. You have edited your original posts but assume that you referred to a different title/postal address

Hilmi - understood and now appreciate what you are referring to. There was a lease out of that freehold title but now closed. If you are wanting to apply for a copy then you can do so using form OC2 - Get information about property and land: Get a copy of the deeds - GOV.UK
Lease dated 28.10.2005 filed under title EGL500636
