Patricia - there's an application lodged by BURROUGHS to remove two cautions which has been held up by an objection from one of the cautioners asking for more details. I've contacted the casework team for an update and will share once I have a response although I suspect it will simply be to confirm discussions are ongoing.

Patrica - I suspect, but need to confirm, that they have not heard from us for a few weeks. Hold fire until I have more from the casework team as I suspect the ball is in our court at present.

Hi Patricia - I'll see if I can get an update from the caseworker again. Looks like I failed to follow up with them after last time when they advised that they were checking paper files and I heard nothing more - apologies
I'll post again when I have something more but that may not be until Tuesday as things currently stand - please post again if you don;t hear from me by the close of play on Tuesday

Apologies for the delay in reposting

Hi Patricia - I have responded to your latest post in the absence of my colleague.

We have received correspondence from the other solicitors which has been referred to our lawyers for consideration.

Thank you
what is the time scale on this please
Many thanks

Patricia - It is not possible to give a timescale as it depends on what all work the lawyers have and also what the issue is.

Hi Patricia - we are still waiting on the solicitors to respond. The correspondence between them and ourselves culminated with a request from us dated 2nd July and which gave them until the 23rd July to respond.
They have not responded as yet so please make a note to post again after the 23rd and we can check again for an update.
Please try to reassure your Mother that the matter is being progressed and in the absence of a reply from the conveyancer there is nothing to be anxious about.
