Form RX4 section 12 : consent

I need to remove a restriction from my property in favour of my husband as I am remortgaging. I have signed consent but I’m section 12 where he signs to give consent  there is a section under signature where he signs stating ‘interest’.

what should I write here?

Jason - form RX4 is for him to complete, sign and submit if he's the restrictioner. And panel 12 would be completed to refer to whatever interest the restriction was protecting
If you are going to apply and submit his signed consent then you would do that using form RX3 as you are applying to cancel the restriction rather then a withdrawal which would be for him to do
