Dating deeds which have been signed electronically

Good morning,<br> <br> I'm sorry, I can't find an answer to my query in the practice guides.<br> <br> We are finding our feet with Docusign and in this instance have some electronically-signed deeds with no function to enter the date of the document electronically.<br> <br> Can we print these and add the date in manuscript?&#160; And if so, do we need to add&#160;“The electronic deed of which this is a print-out is amended this day [date] by adding the date of the deed.”<br> <br> Thanks in advance for your advice.&#160;

Good Afternoon Jessica - my understanding is that we would expect the deed to be dated via the same platform you are using. But I shall check with colleagues who deal with e-signature requirements and post again once I have something to share
